Service Times

SERVICE TIMES

Service times are based on working days only and do not include holidays and weekends. Service times may vary for orders that are extraordinarily large or complex, when additional services are requested, or if unanticipated problems occur. At peak seasons some services may temporarily require longer times, however, we will do our best to keep these inconveniences to a minimum. Service times on orders received after 11:00 a.m. are calculated from the following workday.

RUSH SERVICE TIMES

Rush services are available unless otherwise stated. A 50% rush will be 1½ times the normal order cost and a 100% rush twice the normal order cost. Rush service availability depends on production workflow and may not be available during peak seasons.
