TERMS

Accounts are payable by MasterCard, Visa or American Express at the time of shipping. Declined credit card transactions will delay shipment until a valid card is charged, or the order can be sent UPS COD cash only at Full Color's discretion, and COD fees will be added to the order total.

A fee of $25 will be charged on each returned check.

Any communications concerning disputed debts, including an instrument tendered as full satisfaction of debt, are to be sent to Full Color, Inc., Attention: Accounts Receivable Department, P.O. Box 270984, Dallas, Texas 75227.

MINIMUM ORDER

A $10 minimum applies to all orders, unless otherwise stated.

PRICES & POLICIES

All prices and policies are subject to change without previous notice. While Full Color strives to provide accurate information at all times, we reserve the right to change and/or correct any information including but not limited to policies, prices and descriptions without prior notice. Any order(s) placed based on incorrect information will, at Full Color's discretion, be: refused, cancelled, or billed using correct information.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

You warrant that you have the legal right to all images you submit to us for any reason. Images made by other photographers are protected by copyright and must be accompanied by an executed consent form.

REMAKE PROCEDURES

We strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, even highly trained technicians can make mistakes. Thus, if we make a mistake, we want to correct it as soon as possible. We recommend that if you experience a problem, please return the product, along with the original paperwork, the invoice, and a clear explanation of the problem within 10 days of receipt.

ILLEGAL AND OFFENSIVE IMAGES

It is our legal responsibility to report any submitted material containing sexually explicit images involving minors. Those images as well as the name of the person submitting the order will be reported to authorities. Full Color, Inc. has the right to reject any inappropriate, obscene or offensive images, even if those images are not considered illegal.
