Ordering System Hangs
Before Review Page

If you are on the Options page of the Full Color Ordering System, and then you click on 'Next', and cannot get to the Review page, your order may be too large to display thumbnails on the review page correctly.

If you experience this, please do the following:

1. Click "Finish Later" to close the order.
2. After re-opening the order, in Order Options un-check the checkbox labeled "Show Thumbnail on Order Review  (as shown below).



3. If the ordering system is still frozen, close the ordering system and call Full Color Customer Service at 800.382.2101 to have your order options reset by a technical support rep.
